Our goal is for Food-I to be recognised globally as an innovation leader in driving the fourth industrial revolution in the farming and food domains, achieving this through integrative research with behavioural change at both an individual and societal level as a core focus to affect changes in food production and consumption.
We are bringing together scientists, academics, agriculture and food industries, and policy makers from across the island of Ireland, connected and unified under a common vision to deliver high-level impact across the interlinked areas of sustainability, nutrition, transparency, food safety and consumer trust.
